When you walk through the doors of Darleneās, we hope something feels familiar. ā¤ļø
The pictures on the walls, the little pieces of history tucked into the corners, the familiar sights and, of course, the familiar tastes- none of it is there by accident.
Because Darleneās was never just about opening a restaurant. It was about bringing back a feeling.
The feeling of home. Of recognizing a face in an old picture, sharing a meal with people you love, and remembering a time when some of the best memories were made sitting around a table.
And most importantly, itās about the people. Thatās our why.
Tonight is also a training night for our new Darleneās crew. Theyāve been working incredibly hard learning our systems, finding their rhythm and perfecting their craft, so bring them a little patience and a whole lot of encouragement.
Come hungry. Look around. Remember a little. Make a new memory.
