October 1, 2026-DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Leominster has completed a multi-million-dollar renovation to its 187-room property, located at 99 Erdman Way in Leominster, Massachusetts. Led by HospitalityCPM and Green Concepts Construction, the 6-month project included updates to all guest rooms, the lobby , restaurant, lobby bar, fitness center, guest laundry and pool area.

“We take pride in providing our guests with a memorable travel experience backed by the latest innovations and amenities in hospitality,” said Julie Povall, general manager, DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Leominster. “These renovations demonstrate our commitment to guest satisfaction and alignment with the standards of this category-leading brand.”

Owned by Alpental Capital and managed by Emerald Hospitality, a division of Schulte Hospitality, DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Leominster features spacious guest rooms, including king rooms and suites with newly installed walk-in showers and backlit mirrors, queen rooms perfect for families and traveling teams and our beautiful oversized Presidential Suite. All rooms are outfitted with new 14” plush mattresses, 55” and 60” Samsung televisions with HDTV and free in-room movie channels, in-room safes and mini fridges. Our two “Wellness Rooms” feature the most updated Peloton model for guests committed to fitness while on the go. On-property amenities include our Nectar Restaurant and Lobby Bar, 24-hour fitness center with a seven-station Precor and Peloton set up, heated pool, guest laundry, complimentary WiFi and DoubleTree by Hilton’s Made Market with snacks and sundries.
