Meet the Family Monday 🖤
Meet Sophia 🤍

For the last three years, Sophia has been part of the Bingham's family, helping us carry on the traditions that have made this place so special for almost four decades.

Her favorite meal is our Turkey Bourbon Melt, and when it comes to dessert, she's choosing a slice of Banana Cream Pie every time! 🍌

When we asked Sophia what she loves most about working at Bingham's, her answer really made me smile.

"Getting to be a part of something that holds familiarity, tradition, and unity for the customers."

And I think that's such a beautiful way to describe what we all work so hard to preserve. 🤍

Sophia is also one of our little rays of sunshine around here. ☀️ Her smile and positive energy can brighten even the busiest shift. There's something special about young people who bring that kind of warmth to work every day, and we're so grateful she's one of ours.

For some customers, Bingham's is a stop they've been making for decades. For others, it's a place they discovered by accident and now go out of their way to visit. Some remember coming here with their grandparents and are now bringing their own grandchildren.

Different generations, different stories, but the same familiar place. ❤️

My dad spent so much of his life building something people could count on. Not just good food, but a place where people felt welcome, remembered, and appreciated. One of my greatest privileges in carrying on his life's work is watching young people like Sophia understand they're part of something much bigger than just a restaurant.

Traditions don't carry themselves forward. People do.

And every person who chooses to work here becomes part of the reason those traditions continue.

Sophia, thank you for your hard work, your beautiful smile, and the sunshine you bring to the people around you. Thank you for understanding what this place means to so many families and for helping us keep it that way.

We're so grateful you're part of ours. ☀️
