A couple years ago we offered a plate (for a limited time) called the Enchilada Mayan. A customer named Brandon tried it and loved it! The plate went away, but Brandon’s request for it didn’t. We thought we’d share so you too could enjoy a plate that we’re happy to make, but isn’t on the menu. :)
