For ten years, you’ve asked us for a Gluten-Free Pork Tenderloin. We always wanted to bring it to you, but we refused to risk cross-contamination or mess with our original recipe—you guys buy way too many of the originals to ever change them!

So instead of cutting corners, we built something better: All-New GLUTEN-FREE PORK TENDERS! 🎉
This is a brand-new, ultra-crispy GF breading that tastes incredible. Here’s the rundown:

Same Great Pork: Made with the exact same high-quality pork as our original tenderloin sandwiches (this replaces our off-menu "pork tenderloin strips").

GF Sandwich Option: Want a full sandwich? Ask for these GF Tenders on our GF bun for a free substitution on our Pork Tenderloin or "Squeal Parmesan" sandwiches!

Serious Value: You get 5 huge tenders, fries, and 2 dipping sauces for $15.99. It’s plenty to share—or save the leftovers to pop in the air fryer later!

Ten years ago, I poured my life savings into creating a restaurant that was “Completely Different . . . and Absolutely Better!” 💯

Sure, if we only served chicken tenders and fries instead of making 40+ items from scratch, we could run the kitchens with a third of the staff. But where is the fun in that? We do things the hard way because it’s sooooo much better!

To celebrate our 10th anniversary, we’re leveling up again. We just finished installing brand-new, dedicated seafood fryers at all three Strip's locations and we are kicking things off with a massive new weekly event:
