A quick, honest update on Strip's:
Let’s be completely transparent: like many locally-owned restaurants right now, the last few months have been incredibly slow. With folks having less surplus cash, we are feeling the pinch. Honestly, it’s been tougher than any slowdown we've faced in our 10 years of business—even worse than during COVID (and we never closed our doors!).

We’ve tightened our belts and reduced staff as much as possible, but with over 40 items made entirely from scratch, we rely on volume to keep things running profitably. One thing we will never do is diminish our quality. I would rather pull items off the menu entirely than serve anything that’s not (arguably) the best quality you can purchase anywhere at any price!

We are hoping these shirts bring some smiles, drum up a little business, and give our amazing staff a well-deserved financial boost.

Farm-to-Fork, right in our parking lot!

Our 10 raised beds at Moonglow Gardens (behind our Lenexa location) are absolutely thriving! So far this year, we’ve harvested:

• 35 Gallons of Lettuce for our sandwiches, burgers, and salads 🥬

• 10 Gallons of Spinach for our Salads and Chicken Avocado Club 🥑

• 10 Gallons of Kale for our signature Superfood Slaw 🥣

We’ve also doubled our tomato production this year with 32 plants that will be ripening very soon! 🍅 Plus 5 more beds of produce & herbs not even mentioned here AND our improved Monarch Sanctuary Garden Bed that is already starting to bloom - includes giant sunflowers this year.

Bring the kids by for a "garden tour" to see exactly where their food comes from. Once the cherry tomatoes are ready, they’re welcome to pick a few to enjoy right off the vine—just like I did growing up on my family’s farm.

Grab your meal "to-go," grab a seat at one of our three picnic tables, and enjoy the shade of our Moonglow Magnolias. We are very dog-friendly, so bring your furry friends along! 🐾
