Hello all! It's been a long time since I have posted on here. Be prepared for a long post! I love all of you guys in this community. We have been approached by more than just a few of you asking us to reopen. I am always an open book and I will be brutally honest here, we would need some help from you guys to do so. Now I'm never one to ask for these sorts of things but I'm wondering if we started something like a go fund me if you guys would help out? I would definitely need to look into our reopen concept that we would need to do. There are a few things that I already know for sure we would want to do different.
1. We would need seating-who doesn't want to enjoy some Walkers while watching the game?
2. I believe in delivery but door dash definitely isn't it. The headache we got from that last time was more trouble than what it was worth.
3. I want to set our hours from the beginning and not change them.
4. I want to create a menu that has pricing set in place so we can hopefully provide a more consistent price for you guys.
I have some ideas to incorporate the community in our restaurant. I have been thinking about having tables dedicated to our local home grown businesses. For example maybe a store house coffee table?
We have so many more ideas and without rambling on I have one final thing to ask.
Should we try and reopen? It would be a long road and something that we are open to. We just need help😁. We LOVE you guys and if you made it this far your definitely a true fan.😀
