Located in the heart of Loudoun’s wine country and some of the most beautiful wedding venues, we also make wedding cakes of all sizes as well as custom dessert bars to fit your needs!

It’s officially launch week! My 2026 THANKSGIVING Menu will be going live on Friday, October 16th! Feel free to head over to my website for a sneak peek of this year’s offerings and mark your calendars for October 16th!

1) The only items available for preorder on Thanksgiving week will be the items on this menu. I will not be taking custom orders, including cakes.

2) Payment will be required within 24 hours of receiving your invoice or your order will be canceled.

3) Orders MUST be picked up the same day for which they were purchased. Any orders left remaining at the end of the day will be subject to resale.

I was so honored to participate in the LAWS Corks for a Cause fundraising event last night at Stone Tower Winery. Being around so many strong, brave and resilient women was an incredible experience. A pretty, two tier, wedding cake with painted buttercream florals and sprinkle accents. This is a 6” over an 8”, enough to feed 36.

Baklava Cheesecake because the Greek in me could not not. Deliciously creamy, honey cheesecake in between layers of crispy phyllo dough, cinnamon sugar, walnuts and, of course, lots of butter. Available for order on my website.

By far, my favorite wedding dessert bar request is for a traditional Pennsylvania cookie table. I’ve had the opportunity to do a few of these, and I absolutely adore setting them up. It reminds me of that scene from Hook with all the pretend food, only what you see here is not part of your imagination. The best part? The couple provided customized go bags for guest to fill to their hearts content. This dessert bar in particular consisted of just under 1000 cookies and bars.

I always get a little nervous when customers send me AI pictures as inspiration, but the fun part is definitely being able to turn it into my own version. I have even started embracing the idea of using AI to occasionally draft up concepts while on a consultation call, especially for quick turn around orders. I’m not much of a drawer, so being able to have a tool that can turn my vision into something a customer can see is very helpful. As a business owner, and cake artist, I always ensure that my customer knows that these renderings are just for examples of ideas I have swirling in my head and I always emphasize that any picture shared with me (even ones that are not AI generated) are only ever used as inspiration.

It’s a painful time nowadays to see so many talented creators clearly using AI in their promotions. You have my promise to NEVER publish a picture that is not 100% mine. Curious how others feel about this.
