Molly Boughan of Faceted Jewelry Design will be set up with us this evening, and we’re serving brisket Philly sandwiches and ½ lb burgers made with beef starting at 5 PM.

This was an absolute blast! It all came together last minute, but just like our partner Hertzog Meat Co we’re always ready to jump in and make something fun happen. A huge shoutout to Hertzog for bringing in these amazing cuts and helping make it all happen!

Thank you, Ryan Gamboa KSHB 41, for coming out and making the whole experience so much fun. We also loved getting to meet and cook alongside our new friends, who graciously shared their yummy chimichurri recipe with us. We can’t wait to collaborate again, hopefully to celebrate Argentina making it to the World Cup Final!
