🎷 The Lee's Summit Jazz Festival is just 11 days away! 🎷

Whether you’ve already snagged your early bird or general admission tickets online, or you’re planning to join us on the day of the event, here are the key things to remember for an amazing festival experience:

1. Ticket & T-Shirt Redemption: Online tickets and t-shirts can be redeemed at the front information/ticket tent. Simply show our staff your confirmation receipt or give us your name, and we’ll pull your tickets from our records to verify. T-shirts are also available for purchase at the festival if you'd like to take home a piece of Lee's Summit Jazz history. Remember, your tickets are good for the entire day, so feel free to leave and return with your wristband!
2. Event Location: This is an outdoor event in our back Bridge Space Lee's Summit parking lot. Bring your favorite lawn chair, picnic blanket, etc., for a good time. Otherwise, this is a standing event.
3. Essentials to Bring: Stay comfy and prepared with sunscreen, hats, and refillable water bottles. Water will also be sold on site. Remember, this is a rain or shine event, so check the forecast and bring umbrellas if needed.
4. Facilities: We’ll have porta-potties located near the front of the festival for your convenience.
5. Food & Beverage: No outside food or alcohol allowed. Water will be sold onsite, or you can bring your own bottles. Enjoy beer, food from food trucks, and more available for purchase at the festival. Levante Tacos Jazzy B's Foodtruck Embrace The Grape
6. No Weapons: No weapons or anything of that kind allowed onsite for everyone’s safety.
7. Parking Info: There will be parking throughout downtown Lee’s Summit, except onsite at the building. The downtown garage or any public lots around the city are great options.

9. Fundraising Event: All proceeds from the festival will be donated to the Alzheimer's Association - Heart of America Chapter, Downtown Lee's Summit, and the Lee's Summit Jazz Orchestra. We can't wait to help support these wonderful organizations with all of your support and help.
