Tia’s journey is such a cool example of what growth within MPH can look like. Here are a few words from Bryce, Tia’s mentor:

"Tiarnyn has been with us since opening day at LS2, starting as a part-time team member while she was still in high school. Today, it’s exciting to celebrate her promotion to Restaurant Leader of the very same restaurant where her journey began.

Throughout the years, Tiarnyn has consistently demonstrated an incredible work ethic, strong leadership, and an unwavering commitment to our team and our guests. She has become an invaluable leader, and we’re proud to have her leading the LS2 team.

“Nik is incredibly deserving of this promotion. Working alongside him has truly been a blessing, and I can say he’s had a huge impact on both me and the team. From day one, he’s had a relentless ‘go get it’ mentality that never quits. One of my favorite things he’d always say was, ‘Stop trying, just do.’ That mindset wasn’t just something he talked about, it’s something he lived.

Nik led by example and gave 100% in everything he did. I can’t think of many people who consistently push themselves to the level he did.

One of the coolest things has been watching Nik grow from being an exceptional leader into a mentor. It’s one thing to be great at what you do, but it’s something entirely different to invest in others and help them recognize their own potential. That’s exactly what Nik does. He genuinely cares about the people around him and takes pride in seeing others succeed.

The team he builds will be incredibly fortunate to have such a great leader.
