Two pieces of good news, and one piece that’s a bummer.

First good news: Oasis Bar and Grill at the Lakehouse Inn is alive and well, and we thank the many patrons who reached out about it during the off-season.

Second good news: Kurt, the co-owner of Oasis who got hit with stage 4 cancer last year is also alive and well, and in remission. We are so grateful and in awe of the team that kept things humming along last summer as Kurt started the battle with the Big C.

Now, the bummer news. Oasis will be closed this summer. Owners Kurt and Indrani are just a bit too beatup after a year battling cancer to run Oasis this summer. We plan to open it in June of 2025.

We will deeply miss the Oasis team, the amazing regulars, the musicians, the views, the sunsets. We love Oasis and cannot wait to re-open in June of 2025.

The magical summer that was Oasis has come to a close!

To all of our incredible guests we hope to see you when we re-open in June of 2024.

To Team Oasis,

What a summer!

To Donna, whose support and cheerleading of Oasis helped keep everyone’s head a bit higher.

To Makenzie, for stepping up and managing the host stand with poise and confidence far beyond her years.

To Cody, who delivered service to guests and kindness to the team with relentless cheer and warmth and hard work.

To Asia, for taking on more tables then any one server should handle with professionalism and devotion.

To Eliza, who sets an incredible standard for service with guests day in and day out.

To Jonathan, a sous chef extraordinaire who handles the kitchen with efficiency and hard work every shift, and delivered a big smile to guests every time.

To Junie, who has grown into a wonderful sous chef and brings radiant warmth to an already hot kitchen.

To Roman, who mastered grilling for nearly 90 people in 3.5 hours while smiling and bringing cheer the entire time. Extraordinary.

To Susan, who made every guest feel as welcomed as if they had been in her own living room.

And, to Eugen, who made all of this hum like a machine.

You are all Oasis superstars.

As we slip out of the high season into fall, Oasis is adjusting its hours. Effective immediately, we are open Thursday to Saturday from 5 pm to 8:45 pm, and offer two seatings/performances each night: For the first seating/performance, guests arrive between 5 pm and 6 pm and depart by 7:15 pm. For the second seating/performance, guests arrive between 6:30 pm and 7:30 pm, and we close up at 8:45 pm.
