The Teddy Bear Roll
Tempura fried Soft shell crab, avocado, and cilantro topped with tuna, kimchi aioli, and crispy onions.

Dov Gilberd, lovingly known as Dovi — our “Teddy Bear” — was an extraordinary husband and father before his passing last June from glioblastoma. We dedicate this roll in his honor so he will always be remembered for his warm, big-hearted nature on the inside and his spicy, charming, life-of-the-party personality on the outside.

Please help us celebrate Dovi’s love of great food, family, and joyful gatherings as we raise awareness and support funding for glioblastoma and brain cancer research.

I wasn’t going to address the post in word-of-mouth but I just want to clear the air. We do not have a kitchen fee. It is a service charge to cover credit card processing. We have posted this fee in multiple locations in the restaurant as well as on the receipt before you even pay in two locations. We have heard comments that people would rather pay a higher price for food than to pay the fee. We hear you and we are working on that. We will do away with the fee. It was something we tried after seeing many other others doing it. We figured people would rather pay a 3% fee rather than 1 to 2 dollars more on their dish. In the end we tried to do what was more economical for the customer. we hope you can see it from our perspective. The fee would’ve been cheaper for the customers than raising our prices. But we want you to know you are heard and we are working on this

If you have come to World Fusion in the past couple weeks and it was hot in here we would just like to apologize and let you know we have made MANY repairs to the building!! Including new ductwork, return air on our hood system, and we have installed a door between the kitchen and the sushi bar to keep the heat from coming out into the dining room. I just want to let you know it’s very comfortable in here. So please don’t be afraid to come back. 😂❤️
