Two Fat Men Ice Cream Company is an artisan ice cream company located in Lebanon, Tennessee. We came about by wanting to make good ole homemade ice cream that takes us back to our childhood. To accomplish this, owner Ed Riley enrolled in an 8 day course at Penn State's Ice Cream College, a program that dates back to 1892. We are the smallest licensed creamery in the state of Tennessee! All of our

ice cream is made from all-natural ingredients: milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, eggs and extracts. Our fruit flavors feature Wilson County grown strawberries, blueberries and blackberries. We get our milk and cream from the Middle Tennessee State University dairy department and our eggs are from local farms. We make our own mix in a 30 gallon pasteurizer. Our flavors are endless (and evolving!). Loaded banana pudding with white chocolate and black walnuts, salty pecan, sassy lassie, peachy peach and strawberry cheesecake are some of our most popular. We offer more than just scoops of ice cream! We offer banana splits, ice cream cookie sandwiches, apple strudel, strawberry shortcakes and more! By request, we even make a vegan ice cream. Earlier this month Chef Ed traveled to the St.Jude House in Memphis. He delivered 500 containers of our homemade ice cream for the children and their family members who are staying at the house while receiving treatment at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
He also took an ice cream cart to remain there so we can keep it stocked with ice cream year round.

Looking for a unique and delicious gift? Our Fat Baby Tin is the ultimate indulgence-packed with sweet treats and heartfelt craftsmanship. Each keepsake tin is hand painted by Wilson County special needs high school students, making every tin a one-of-a-kind piece.
Inside the tin you’ll find:
1 pound of assorted fudge
1 pint of rich hot chocolate mix
1 dozen cookies
1 pound of freeze dried ice cream
Pick up a tin, individual items or our white chocolate caramel pecan log at Mo Cara Event Venue, 1331 West Main Street, Lebanon. The candy shop will be open until Christmas Eve, Monday-Friday 9 am until 4 pm and Saturday 9 am until 2pm.
