Being a nurse is the best job on the planet. Even in very scary times like this, I am thankful to get to do what I do. My unit is the designated ICU for COVID patients at our hospital. This means the team I love so much is truly on the frontlines fighting this virus. So many friends and family have asked me what they could do to thank us. My first thought is we are just doing our job, the job we love. But my second thought is— NURSES DO LOVE SNACKS! So a couple of us on the unit got together and formed this wishlist. We thought it was the easiest way to get back to everyone who has contacted us asking what they can do. Encouragement and treats would be so appreciated during this time! Don’t worry Nashville, TEAM MSICU has got your back!
