Greek cooking class! This experience was top notch and Chef Spyros was such a great instructor and taught us how to make Dakos Salad, Tzatziki, Spanakopita, Moussaka and Milk Pie. 🥧 🥒🍽️

We love this event and we are so proud to be a part of it!

Downtown Lebanon Missouri is full of great people helping each other reach goals. Truly a great community to support.

After a year of planning and saving we are taking a vacation!

We are in Greece sightseeing and taking in historical locations, but more importantly finding inspiration and learning from centuries old food and drink culture to develop idea’s and bring them home to Café Jude’s. Basically, we are eating A LOT of amazing food.

Here are a few photos from our first couple days.

Please stop by the shop say hello to our staff, they are rocking it and holding down the fort while we are away.
