Mr. Pickles! here again!

We wanted to be sure to let everyone know that we will have a space in our deli for locally made products! Think everything from Jams/Jellies, honey, sauces, dips, salsas, etc.

We will also be featuring a local favorite that is Mikes Meaty Jerky!

Hi! It's Mr. Pickles! again! We will be discussing our menu options over the next couple of months as we lead up to the opening!

Up first- TOASTED REUBEN ON MARBLE RYE!

We start by fresh slicing our corned beef into thin slices - almost shaved! This helps give you a "Melt in your mouth" pile of deliciousness! We then start the build!

2 slices of our thick marble rye bread go down on the grill. Then we add 2 slices of sliced-in-house Swiss cheese, and Russian dressing. While this is toasting we toss the corned beef and sauerkraut onto the grill to get them nice and hot before placing them on the sandwich.

Once the sandwich is nice and toasty we pull it off, slice it in half and you're ready to dive into a flavor explosion!
Tangy Corned beef & kraut against the sweetness of the Russian dressing = a masterpiece that brings a tear to Mr. Pickles' eye!

ALSO- everyone wants to know what kinds of pickles we will have-
So far we will offer: Whole Dill Pickles, Half or quartered dill pickles, sliced pickles (for sandwiches), Bread & Butter slices, and spicy bread & butter slices.

GREETINGS BOONE COUNTY!

We are pumped to announce that we will be bringing a great new concept to downtown Lebanon! "PICKLES! Downtown Deli & Catering" will be opening late July to early August!

Made from scratch soups!
Made to order sandwiches!

Hot Sandwiches - Cold Sandwiches
Hot subs - Cold Subs
Wraps, Panini's, Melts, Fresh Salads

We will offer sliced-daily deli meats such as Pastrami, Corned Beef, Smoked Turkey, Roast Beef, Brisket and more, piled high on our variety of breads!

Our menu is in process and we will post as soon as it is complete!

We will bein the old St Adrians Butcher Shop when they vacate!

We will plan to open late July or early August as we have a lot get completed.
