Hey friends, just a quick little update since you haven’t heard from us in a while. We are still working to get this restaurant open and cannot wait to serve you all. We’re in a treading water situation at the moment, we take two steps forward and a couple days later end up two steps back, the good news is, we’re not making negative progress. Right now we’re trying to bridge information from multiple sources that were working on this building before we came in so that we can then get that information to the city. they build out being partially done before you get there can be exciting because it puts you that much further ahead, but it also creates a lot of logistics that have to be hashed out. Unfortunately, as cliché as it may sound, there’s just a lot of cooks in the kitchen. We’ve got a plan together to bridge all the gaps. Unfortunately, it’s just gonna take a little more time, as with all construction projects nothing ever follows your original timeline. We are definitely working diligently daily to reach that finish line and will update soon and hope to be able to share some progress pictures in the very near future. Until then hang with us because we are so excited to share this project with you!
