If you haven't heard of Broadmoor Bistro, it's one of KC's coolest culinary gems! It's a nationally recognized, student-run restaurant where young aspiring chefs get real-world, hands-on experience in everything from cooking & baking to restaurant operations & hospitality. Programs like this help shape the next generation of culinary talent & that's something we're always excited to support!
