During the 9 days until Tisha B’Av we are still putting out chickens, tenders and meat items in our cold case. However, Hen House Kosher is making available salmon salads, poached salmon filets, more salads, roasted veggies, roasted potatoes, potato bourekas and potato latkas….and of course our regular egg and tuna salads.
Please call ahead to place your order so we can keep up with demand. Call 913-338-0600 and ask for Kosher and we’ll be happy to have your order ready with 24 hour notice.

Dear customers- The kosher deli will be closed beginning Tuesday June 28th. Betty and I are taking a few week vacation, and Ben Kopelman will be opening the deli on Mondays while we’re gone, and will be preparing chickens, sandwiches and tenders. See you when we return to work on Sunday, July 17th. We’ll look forward to seeing all of you then….

I am taking vacation for 2 weeks. The Kosher deli will be closed 6/28 - 7/16th, but will open Monday 7/11 by Ben Kopelman. Shelves will be stocked the best they can be on that day.
