Pulled by the mountain air, Lindsey and Noah Dahlstrom left the city they loved to be wrapped in the shadow and beauty of the Enchantment Mountains. They opened Argonaut Espresso Bar in the summer of 2014, a small but mighty sidewalk cafe, and began their entrepreneurial dreams. Seeking out the best in the area, they stumbled upon BLUE STAR COFFEE ROASTERS' and were hooked on that bold, sweet, beautiful espresso- it's always good!
