Not every day a guy in a German hat shows up to talk schnitzel.

We had a great time welcoming America's Best Restaurants and ABR Host, J Russell into Andreas Keller today. Watching the crew react to the Schweinshaxe was worth the price of admission by itself.

For nearly four decades, we've had the privilege of sharing a little Bavarian tradition here in Leavenworth, and it's always special getting to tell that story.

Now we're back to what we do best, good food, good people and plenty of schnitzel.
