👀 A little something new is happening at Mockingbird Bakes this weekend…

The Nest will officially be OPEN for the porch pop-up. 🏡🍪

I’ve been working on this space for what feels like forever, and I’m so excited to finally let you peek inside.

There will be cookies.
There will be boxes ready to fill.
And yes, I will probably still be rearranging something five minutes before we open. 😂

If you’re coming by this weekend, you’ll get to see The Nest for the first time.

Apparently this is what running a cookie bakery looks like. 😂🧈

A whole drawer full of butter… and somehow it still never feels like enough.

Between brown butter cookies, stuffed cookies, test batches, and popup prep, butter disappears FAST around here.

One micro bakery tip: calculate what you need by batch before bake day, then buy extra. I promise, you’ll use it. 😂

At this point, this drawer isn’t excessive. It’s inventory.

Last time you sold me out in 2 1/2 hours so I decided to double up the cookies for this one. Grab a treat on the way to the Scheels grand opening. 😊
