THE SEPTEMBER MENU IS LIVE. AND WE LET OURSELVES GET A LITTLE WEIRD WITH IT.

We put pickles on pizza.
We turned the heat factor up to 10 on our wings.
We put tiramisu in a martini. Again.
And then we sent mezcal into the desert to find God.
So yeah. September is off to a great start.

🍕 PICKLE DOWN ECONOMICS
Garlic oil, mozzarella, house-made sour dill pickles, crushed croutons + fresh grated Parmesan.
(Pro tip: add Nashville Hot Chicken to take it to the next level) 😉

We’ve added a new set of wheels to the Obsidian family, so naturally we did the only reasonable thing: brew a beer about it.

Under the hood you’ll find a juicy blend of tropical hops, tuned for maximum go-go-go, with subtle notes of tire smoke and questionable financial decisions.

Back to school season is here, and we’re showing some love to our local school community.

From August 1–15, we’re collecting new and gently used clothing for the LISD Community Closet. Drop your donations in the bin on the stage next time you’re in the taproom. Check the link in the comments for the full list of accepted items.

Then, August 12–14 from 4–6 PM, we’re raising a glass to the people heading back into the classroom with our Teacher Appreciation Happy Hour. Bring your school ID, grab your coworkers, and take a well-deserved break with a beer, cocktail, pizza, and good company.
