OOOOOOH WEEEEE!!! 🥶 Have y’all seen the temps for this weekend?!?!

It’s about time to bust out the fur coats, fuzzy boots, and everything else we’ve had shoved in the back of the closet!

Your girl here does NOT do cold weather BUT after surviving what felt like 147 months of the Texas summer heat, I SWORE I would never complain about cold weather again! Sooooo, I will just be quiet!

All jokes aside, it’s shaping up to be an absolutely GORGEOUS weekend, and we are SO ready for some fall weather, good vibes, and of course, some SMOKIN' GOOD BBQ!!

We’ve got THREE events lined up this weekend, and we sure hope to see y’all at ONE, TWO, or heck, ALL THREE!!

We took full advantage of fall break and snuck out of town for some much-needed time with family and friends! ❤️ Sometimes a little getaway is just what the soul needs! We are feeling refreshed, recharged, and READY to roll some smoke this weekend! 🔥

And boy, do we have a FUN weekend lined up!!

🚒 SATURDAY, OCTOBER 17TH
📍 Touch a Truck – Texas City
⏰ 9 AM – 2 PM
We'll be set up by the Community Plaza, so come find us! The weather is looking absolutely GORGEOUS, so grab the kiddos, come check out all the cool trucks, and get your BBQ fix while you're at it!

WHAT. A. DAY!!!

Today was absolutely AMAZING and CRAZY BUSY!!! Y'all showed up, showed OUT, and sold us out like HOTCAKES!!!

We had the BEST time seeing allllll of our friends, followers, familiar faces, and meeting some new ones too!! 🥹❤️ Seriously, THANK YOU for standing in those lines, being patient with us, and showing our little BBQ business so much love!! Y'all have no idea how much it means to us!

And can we talk about this FALL FESTIVAL?! 🍂🎃 The music, the dancing, all the kiddos in their adorable costumes, the laughter, and the whole atmosphere were just EVERYTHING!!! The vibes were absolutely unmatched!!

Days like today remind us why we love doing what we do! The BBQ is great, but the PEOPLE are what make it all worth it! ❤️

From the bottom of our BBQ-loving hearts, THANK YOU for another incredible day!!! We are tired, our feet hurt, and we are probably going to be moving a little slower tomorrow 😂😂 BUT WE WOULDN'T HAVE IT ANY OTHER WAY!!!

Y’all come on out to Harvest festival TODAY from 10 AM–2 PM! Hayrides, pumpkin carving, local vendors, family fun, and of course, some delicious BBQ!!

It’s FINALLY fall, so bring me allllll the cool nights, fall vibes, and BBQ weather! 🙌🏼 We’ve got a fun week ahead, so here’s where you can find Beers Rolling Smoke BBQ!

First up — National Night Out TOMORROW!
We’ll be hanging out with the Meadowbend neighborhood and serving up hot dogs and nachos- FREE for the residents!

🎶 Next up — our LAST Music on the Lawn with Stanfield Properties this Friday 6-9pm 😭
This one makes us a little sad! Music on the Lawn has always been one of our absolute favorite events. The community, the atmosphere, the people — the vibes have just been unmatched. ❤️ We’ve loved being a part of it and are definitely sad to see it come to an end!

We are ROLLING into another busy weekend with another double this Saturday!

First up, we’re heading back to Ferguson Elementary School’s Carnival. We’ll be there from 9 AM–2 PM serving up all your BBQ favorites!

Then it’s time to pack it ALL up, hit the road, and head over to League City Cowboys Football HOMECOMING! 🏈🔥

Another busy weekend doing what we love, and we wouldn’t have it any other way! Y’all come hungry, follow the smoke, and COME SEE US!!

WE MADE IT!! 😂🙌

4 events in 2 days- 13-hour days and let me tell ya… being in your 40s hits a little different than being in your 20s. 😂😂

We had such a great time at both events today, but Sunset Bazaar ultimately stole the show! The vibes, the community, getting to meet some of the men and women running for City Council, seeing friends who came out to support us, AND meeting so many new faces—it was just an all-around great evening! ❤️

Speaking of familiar faces… our winner of The Spudfather came out to claim his spud on the house! His official rating?! 100/10. His words, not mine! I think it’s safe to say The Spudfather is here to stay!

Now we’re finally home trying to wind down, and since absolutely ZERO dinner plans were made… tonight’s dinner consists of dill pickle & mango pineapple micheladas and jerky from Slick Rick Jerky, and cookies from Carla’s Konfections. 😂😂 Apparently we’re living the bachelor life again!

After 13 hours, it counts as a balanced meal and I refuse to hear otherwise. 😂

Thank y’all for such a GREAT day—for showing up, supporting us, laughing with us, and continuing to keep Beers Rolling Smoke BBQ rolling! ❤️🔥

We might be a little crazy pulling ANOTHER double today… but we’re here for it! 😂 If we’ve got the opportunity to roll out, fire up the smoker, and serve some BBQ, you already know we’re gonna take it!

First up ➡️ Hughes Road Elementary carnival this morning!

Then we’re heading straight to one of our FAVORITE night markets — Sunset Bazaar! We will not be in our regular spot. We will be at the end of the building by the parking lot. Just follow the smoke and you will find us

Two events. One day. Lots of BBQ. 💨🔥

Y’all come see us, grab your favorites, and HELP US SELL OUT so we can roll home with an empty trailer! 😂🙌
