For the past 10 years, Fireworks for the Future has been one small way I could give back to the community that has given so much to me. Through the use of my business I was able to raise tens of thousands of dollars for programs that support our local youth.
Last year alone, we were able to write a check for $2,700 to Post Prom.
What made this fundraiser possible was the ability to utilize the property at 95 E. Main Street as an asset to serve our community. With the restructuring of my businesses and no longer having access to use the property in the same way, it is time for me to hang up my hat and officially bring Fireworks for the Future to a close.
While this fundraiser may be ending, the need is not.
Our kids matter.
The young people growing up in the Lead-Deadwood area matter.
The programs that pour into them matter.
Organizations like the Boys & Girls Club, Post Prom, Young Life , and so many others are helping create opportunities, connections, mentorship, and safe spaces for our youth. These programs don’t just impact a moment in a child’s life—they help shape futures.
If you are looking for a place to give, serve, volunteer, or donate, I encourage you to consider supporting the organizations that are investing in our kids. Every dollar, every hour, and every act of generosity makes a difference.
Thank you to everyone who supported Fireworks for the Future over the years. Thank you for believing, showing up, volunteering, donating, and helping me create something meaningful together.
The fundraiser may be ending, but my belief in this community and our kids never will.

Our children are not just our future—they are our responsibility today. ❤️
