It was our belief that “if you build it, they will come.” That belief made our dream come true. Now we would love for this place to fulfill someone else’s dream! (No, we have no desire to step back into the restaurant business, so we won’t be reopening 😉). We know this town has a want and a need for a takeout restaurant (I personally would love a Chinese take out!), but the building could work for options other than a restaurant too. We just want to see someone do something with a prime location!

Ideally, we would like to sell the property to a new owner, however, we would entertain a contract for deed sale to the right person.
