How do we do it?
1. We remove all the thick, fatty skin.
2. We add a light coating of perfectly seasoned breading.
3. We flash fry it just long enough to get crispy & golden.
As a result, our chicken is delicious and moist BUT it only has a fraction of the fat and calories!
