🚨 **Looking for Local Beef Suppliers / Ranch Partners** 🚨

Boujee Bovine is currently sourcing a new meat supplier and I’d love to connect with local farms, ranches, or processors who can consistently supply **Preferably a 75/25 grind but will take a 80/20 grind

Right now, I’m purchasing through big box suppliers just to keep service moving, but I’m actively working toward tightening up quality, consistency, and supporting more local producers.

Here’s what I’m going through weekly:

* I sell out daily at the Goodyear plant during the week and at the Lawton Farmers Market on Saturdays,so your beef products would reach a lot of people

* **I go thru 50-100 lbs a week
* Consistent grind quality for smashburgers (fine grind preferred)
* Ability to supply steady weekly volume

I’ve had conversations with a few suppliers, and pricing/volume flexibility has been the main barrier—but I know there are ranches and processors out there who actually want to build long-term relationships with growing food businesses like mine.

I’m not looking for anything unrealistic—just fair pricing, reliable product, and someone who understands what consistent supply means for a busy food truck.

We will be at the Lawton Farmers Market tomorrow at 77 SW 4th St in Downtown Lawton.

Delicious specialty lattes are on the menu, including our Honeycomb Latte. And that's not all! Check back tomorrow to see what else we have in store.

🚨 Goodyear Crew 🚨

Unfortunately, Boujee Bovine will not be at Goodyear today.

Last night, while driving home from Duncan, our Class K fire extinguisher came loose inside the trailer and accidentally discharged. Thankfully, nobody was hurt, but it left us with quite a mess. Today will be spent pulling equipment out, deep cleaning the trailer, and replacing the fire extinguisher so we can get everything back to the standards we expect for ourselves and for our customers.

We're incredibly sorry for the inconvenience, especially after so many of you have made us part of your lunch routine.

At the end of the day, safety comes first—for our team, our equipment, and most importantly, the food we serve.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support. We'll get everything cleaned up, restocked, and ready to get back to serving burgers as soon as possible.

We appreciate you all more than you know.

🍔🍻 WHAT. A. DAY. 🍻🍔

A HUGE thank you to everyone at Kochendorfer Brewing Company for making our first visit absolutely incredible!

Special shout-out to Coral Warren, the entire Kochendorfer staff, and all of the amazing guests who stopped by throughout the evening. Whether it was your first time trying Boujee Bovine or you're already part of the herd, we appreciate every single one of you.

And to those who came back later for another burger... another order of fries... maybe both...

👀 We see you.

But we don't judge.

Matter of fact, for those that came back for seconds, that's probably the best review we could ask for.

Today was wild. We sold out at Goodyear, rolled into the brewery, blew through our reserve meat, and still ended up serving another 50 burgers at Kochendorfer alone.

To everyone who stood in line, , tried us for the first time, brought friends, or came back for round two:

Tonight from **4:00 PM – 8:30 PM**, Boujee Bovine will be parked at Kochendorfer Brewing Company serving up smashed burgers, crispy fries, dirty sodas, and our famous Bacon Onion Jam burger.

First time joining the Kochendorfer crowd, and we're excited to meet everyone and sling some burgers alongside some great local brews.

Come hungry. Come thirsty. And come early—because we have a bad habit of selling out. 😏

We're serving lunch today at Building 4! 🍔🍟

⚠️ Heads up: We'll be leaving a little early today at 12:30 PM so we can make our way to Kochendorfer Brewing Company in Duncan for tonight's event.

The fries are still frying.
The burgers are still burgering.
We're just wrapping things up a little earlier than usual. 😎

And since 90% of the time we sell out 100% of the time, your best bet is to come grab lunch before 12:30.

🚨 FRY EMERGENCY 🚨

Somebody needs to come get these fries under control.

They're out here acting reckless.

We took fries that were already 1,000,000% Boujee and somehow made them even boujier.

We've just added Burlap & Barrel Smoked Pimentón Paprika to our signature cowboy butter fry seasoning blend alongside the Zanzibar Black Pepper we've always used, plus our other spices from B&B... garlic, toasted onion, and purple shallot.

Translation?

Smoky.
Savory.
Umami.
Tropical Heat
Cacao notes
Dangerously snackable.

The kind of fries that make you say,
"Just one more..."
