This is exactly the taste I remember. I haven’t had authentic stir-fried eggplant with minced pork like this in many years. Ever since my mother passed away, I haven’t tasted anything quite like it.

This tastes exactly like the way my mother used to make it. It brought back so many memories of her.

I’m sorry… I’m crying because I miss my mother so much.
