After nearly 20 years, The Silver Spoon is closing effective Friday, December 22nd at 3 p.m.

Our favorite chef, Todd, has found a new opportunity with the Great Plains Colesium. As a result, we have to close. We simply cannot function without his leadership. It is very difficult to say goodbye, but, it is time to do just this.

To say I appreciate each and every one of you that have kept us going, is lame. However, I do, we all do, appreciate each individual that has graced our little restaurant!!

Thank you for each meal, each drink, every dessert, as well as the thousands of catering opportunities you've given us. Thank you!!

I personally wish each and every one a blessed 2024! Know that shopping locally makes a huge difference to every one of your locally owned/operated businesses in Lawton.

I will miss each interaction with you, the hugs, the well wishes, etc. We will certainly, happily, bump into one another in the future. There is no other industry than the hospitality industry, that affords the lovely friendships that we have enjoyed as a result of each of our guests.

Should you have a gift certificate from The Spoon, dated October, November and December 2023, know that I will personally reimburse each holder.

It has been my consummate pleasure to serve, and to know you. God's richest blessings on each of you.

We will be closed Wednesday Nov. 22nd through the weekend for Thanksgiving. We will Re-Open Monday November 27th at 11 a.m.

If you already had a Thanksgiving Meal Pickup scheduled for tomorrow we look forward to seeing you.
