Behind the scenes at Ruthie’s Kitchen 👩🏻‍🍳❤️

Today we documented our marinade recipe for beef barbacoa: toasted dried chiles, onions, and our homemade red adobo, slow cooked under roasted maguey leaves. 🥩

It was a real teamwork day, from shopping to cooking. 💪

And of course... we were craving huachinango! 🐟 So we fried whole red snapper with fresh handmade tortillas, and that was our lunch. The Ruthie’s Kitchen team eats well!

Two events. One weekend. Zero regrets.
Friday, Sept 25 and Saturday, Sept 26 we brought Ruthie’s Kitchen to two beautiful celebrations 🌮🌸 👩🏻‍🍳❤️We started with slow mornings and coffee at our cabin ☕🌿, then took a day just for us at Riverdance Restaurant in Chattanooga, Tennessee ⛰️
