Manni's Fried Chicken Fast Food Restaurant Since 1997, my father and uncle have been serving their local community the best quality fried chicken.

They moved to this country with a vision and dream of creating a successful business within the food industry. Over the last 25 years, I have witnessed that hard work and dedication leads to success. I am now inspired to follow in their footsteps by creating my own version, Manni’s Fried Chicken. This morning while shopping I got a good laugh out of this. Sale price is $74.99 a case 4 years ago sale price used to be $35ish marked down from the low 40s.

In April I was told in August we would be seeing another increase in steak meat. . So I was expecting $2-3 a case. Last week I was informed it’s more like a $10 increase so that’s another 20% up.

I am struggling wrapping my head around all the increases in expenses from food to operating costs in the last 4 years things have really gotten out of control. I don’t know what the future holds for us and many small business across the country.
