The deal I spent Aug-Dec working on fell through right before Christmas. We have an amazing space, finished with high end equipment and amazing dining area ready for a variety of dining establishments in a truly IDEAL location in Lawrence. (Just check out our amazing neighbors!!)

But now we’re on the hunt again for a new interested party to start their own spot.

It’s always black & white when it’s bad news, right?

I have made the difficult decision to end Pedestrian, as of immediately. Since closing the store front, it has been a mostly-one-person-show. This has me away from my family SO much. And I miss these little rascals! So I’m quitting Pedestrian to be with my kids and rethink our journey ahead. I TRULY appreciate the support I received while in business. Every kind word, every order, every compliment on the food, all brought us so much joy. Thank you so much!

🎃Halloween vibes💀

Kicking off Halloween weekend with the first round of our sold out Halloween boards!

Sneek 1000 day aged Gouda, Prairie Sunset, Cowgirl Creamery’s Chimney Rock bloomy-rind, Carr Valley’s Smoked Glacier Blue and Barely Buzzed a cheddar rubbed in lavender and espresso. With Wagyu Bresseola, Italian Salami & Local Summer Sausage.

Accoutrements include: house made acorn squash chips, sweet lemon marsarpone stuffed apricot ‘eyes&, house black sesame crackers and stuffed baby peppers with sour cherry jam, quince paste, whole grain mustard, candied pecans, fried and salted Marcona almonds, black grapes and blackberries.

It will be one festive weekend!!!
