Dad doesn’t need another tie. Dad needs a steak.

This Friday through Sunday, we’re serving up features worthy of the guy who’s spent years fixing things, grilling things, and pretending he knows where that weird noise in your car is coming from.

🦪 Pan-Seared Scallops
With whipped purple potatoes, carrot purée, lemon oil, and dill. Fancy enough to impress Dad, but still plenty delicious.

🥩 Grilled 14oz Ribeye & Prawns
A steak so good Dad might actually stop talking about the one he had in 1997. Served with roasted potatoes, rainbow cauliflower, and guajillo pepper hollandaise.
