🟠 OUR REAL HARDWOOD SMOKED HAM KIELBASA
If you know you know. We develop this product decades ago for those who love kielbasa but also love ham. We married the two together with a very light garlic taste. Lean chunks of ham is mixed with the kielbasa and hardwood smoked. It is ready to eat as is, great, grilled or cut up in eggs and of course however you like it.
Approximate weight of stick is 1 lb. 5 oz. For 10 dollars a stick.

🟠 OUR FRIED LONG HOTS
Those who like it spicy with an Italian flair. We fry fresh whole long hots in a evoo blend, flash fry sliced garlic, and our own Italian spice mix. We keep them whole so you can put them on your favorite sandwich. The flavored oil makes a great dipping oil. We use it to fry hamburger, steaks, eggs and especially potatoes. The ideas are endless

🟠OUR HOT MIX MARINATED VEGETABLE SALAD
This product has truly been all over the country. Yes, this is the one you've heard people talk about. We developed this because we enjoy marinated vegetables and peppers as an accompaniment to almost any meal. We also go with love thoroughly through all our peppers and make sure there are no stems in our mix. We marinate cauliflower, carrots, celery, three different types of peppers and a sprinkle of garlic, onion and green tomatoes. The secret is in the sauce. This sauce was a creation on our own and makes this marinade an All-Star. People have taken this hot mix and chopped it and made a delicious sandwich spread. Any of the remaining marinade has always been used as a good dipping sauce with the best of the best Senapes bread.
