Our restaurant is different than the typical Sushi Bar, or Japanese Cuisine. G.I. Gyoza is different because of our theme, and our origination. This restaurant started with our father, as an American Soldier, he had this idea to create a restaurant that had his favorite dish, and incorporated the military as well. From there he created the concept G.I. Gyoza, which would be located in China Town, Las Vegas, and would specialize in hand made Gyoza dumplings. Our dumplings are different than the typical Gyoza, because of our variety, as well as our preparation methods.
