At Chicali Tacos, our guisado tacos bring bold, comforting flavors straight to your plate. Each option is slow-cooked and seasoned to perfection, giving you that homemade taste in every bite.

Our machaca is tender shredded beef, simmered with rich spices for a savory, melt-in-your-mouth experience.

The chorizo with potatoes combines smoky, flavorful chorizo with soft, perfectly cooked potatoes for a hearty and satisfying taco.

Our chipotle-seasoned ground beef delivers a deep, slightly smoky heat that adds a delicious kick without overpowering the flavor.

The new menu item is ***Machaca***

Machaca is a traditional Mexican dish made from shredded dried beef that’s been rehydrated and cooked until tender and flavorful. It originates from northern Mexico, especially regions like Sonora.

In Mexicali, there are many taquerias and restaurants that serve this dish, but our favorite is served in tacos (preferable in flour tortillas). This guisado taco is a personal favorite, and if it took a long time to add it to the menu, was because we wanted to have a great recipe to match our high standards.
