KABOB DIDN’T START IN A KITCHEN.
The word “kabob” is Persian in origin.
Its story began with Persian warriors grilling meat on their swords over open flames.
During battles and long military campaigns, it was the ideal meal—healthy, protein-rich, fast to prepare, and mobile.
At Zaytoon, we carry that same idea forward—grilling fresh, marinated meat over open flames on stainless-steel skewers.
The tools changed.
The principle didn’t.
Fresh meat.
Simple seasoning.
Open flame.
GOOD FOOD BRINGS GOOD PEOPLE TOGETHER.
