Have you had Baltic Herring before? 👀 There’s something about a dish like this that feels a little nostalgic.
If you grew up with Baltic Herring on the table, you already know. And if you didn’t, it might be time to try something new.

We serve ours lightly salted with grilled Lithuanian pumpernickel bread, red onion, fresh dill and warm Yukon Gold potatoes. Nothing overly complicated, just traditional flavors that work really well together.

It’s also not something you see on many menus around Las Vegas, which makes it one of our favorite dishes to introduce to people who haven’t tried it before.
