She’s My Why ❤️
People often ask me, “What’s your why?”
Most people expect me to say my husband or my son. And while they are a huge part of my heart, my biggest “why” is… me.
For years, I thought I was simply going to be a mommy, and I was happy with that. But one day, I had a dream that changed everything.
I woke up seeing myself behind a beautiful charcuterie cart, creating edible art, making people smile, and sharing something unique. I remember opening my eyes with a feeling I had never experienced before. It felt like The Cut Charcuterie had knocked on my door and found me.
For the first time in a long time, I felt like I had found something that truly belonged to me.
This business isn’t just about cheese and beautiful boards. It’s about creativity. It’s about purpose. It’s about finally discovering something that makes me excited to wake up every morning.
Being a mom taught me how much I love bringing people together. Every party for my son was filled with food, laughter, and love. When a dear friend gifted me my first charcuterie set after we bought our first home, everything clicked. I realized this was something I had been doing all along—I had just never given it a name.
My favorite moment is when someone looks at one of my boards and says, “It’s too beautiful to eat.” That’s exactly what I hope people feel. Every board is different because every board is a personal piece of edible art.
Building this business hasn’t been perfect. Putting myself out there and meeting new people still scares me. But every time I take a step outside my comfort zone, I grow a little more.
My dream isn’t just to own a business. It’s to have a storefront, multiple charcuterie carts, an amazing team, and to become one of Las Vegas’ most recognized charcuterie brands. Most importantly, I want good health so I can keep creating for years to come.
I hope my son grows up seeing a mom who chased her dreams. I hope my husband looks at me with pride. And I hope other women realize it’s never too late to find something that lights a fire inside you.
