Tacos were eaten, tequila was tasted, and margaritas were shaken – we'd call that a very successful class.

Thanks to everyone who joined us last night, and a huge thanks to our friends at for keeping the tequila flowing and bringing plenty of spirit to the room.

Missed our cocktail class? Keep an eye out – more classes coming soon. 👀

Our Mexican Independence Day celebration is in full swing, with our limited-time specials sticking around for just four more days.

Start with the chile en nogada, save room for viva el menudo and tlayudas de cueritos, and finish with a toast of our margaritas bandera flight.

These dishes won't be around much longer – come celebrate and get a taste before they're gone!

Chile en Nogada has long been tied to Mexico’s Independence celebrations, with its green poblano, white walnut nogada and red pomegranate reflecting the colors of the Mexican flag. 🇲🇽

Our version starts with a roasted poblano filled with pork picadillo, dried fruits and nuts, then gets topped with walnut-sherry sauce and pomegranate seeds. It’s rich, festive, a little sweet, and a little savory.

Join us now through September 20 for Chile en Nogada and the rest of our Mexican Independence Day specials.

Come celebrate with us. ¡Viva México!
