There are moments that remind you why every sacrifice was worth it.
This is one of them.
Six months ago, we unlocked our doors with a dream that felt bigger than us.
There were long nights, endless challenges, moments of doubt, and countless sacrifices. But through it all, we never stopped believing in our vision to create a place where every guest could experience something truly special.

Today, seeing our story featured by Eater Las Vegas is something we’ll never take for granted.

This recognition isn’t just about us. It’s about every guest who chose to dine with us, every kind review, every recommendation to a friend, and every member of our team who pours everything they have into each service.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for making this dream possible.

Summer calls for something light, bright, and unforgettable. Our newest seasonal dish is a delicate balance of fresh sashimi, vibrant garnishes, and a refreshing citrus finish.

Trust the plan.

Shannon, thank you for taking the time to sit down with us and hear our story. As a small, family-owned restaurant, it means a lot to have our journey shared with the Las Vegas community through Las Vegas Weekly. We truly appreciate your support.
