This reverse-seared ribeye came out exactly how I wanted it—an incredible crust on the outside and a tender, juicy center! 🥩🔥

I cooked it slowly over indirect heat, then finished it directly over high heat for that steakhouse-style sear. A generous spoonful of homemade garlic butter melted over the top and brought all the flavors together.
