Rollin Smoke BBQ & our entire executive team are so very thrilled to finally be able to announce the hiring of our new Executive Chef, Chef Keith DePazza!

Chef DePazza was mentored by some of the greatest culinary minds on the planet including Chef Anthony Bourdain.

He has written Standard Operating Procedures for and helped open some of the most dominant restaurant venues still in existence today in their respective markets.

He was the Executive Chef in charge of opening the culinary program for T Mobile Arena, worked as a chef for Ceasar's Entertainment from Atlantic City to Vegas for over a decade and a half and has run teams of over 500 people in venues up to 115,000 sf in size.

Chef DePazza was 1 out of nearly 1,500 resumés submitted to us during this search and even when it was paired down to the top 5, stood out head and shoulders above the rest as his values of cleanliness, consistency, never ending improvement for the brand and franchisee support above all else lined up directly with ours.

Chef DePazza is also an avid gym enthusiast and 3rd degree black belt in multiple martial arts.

We are thrilled to have him as part of the team until he retires and our current and future franchisees have had the value of the brand that they have bought into increase remarkably because of his addition.
