This has to be the biggest Fresh Atlantic Salmon delivered to me at 16.42lbs.
This size of fish cost me between $300 to $400. The next step up is King Salmon which I think we will be going into. Those specific salmon are much bigger and more meat but much more expensive. King Salmon can cost $500 and up for a 20lb fish! These are sashimi grade quality Salmon with plenty of good fats best fresh taste for Sushi🍣

New Appetizer Special on the Board! Dynamite Deep fried Pork or Chicken Gyoza $8.
5 Deep fried Gyoza with Dynamite poured on top with Green Onions On top. Also look at the size of our Tempura Shrimp Appetizer! They hang off the plate! Very much worth the $10 price.

Sushi Tacos will now be available every day this week! Many people asked if this was possible bc we only sold them on Saturdays and would miss the opportunity to try them. I have made them available also online with Delivery services!
Hopefully our Fryers can handle it this week🤷🏻‍♂️😄
Sushi Tacos do take a little time to make they are not a Mexican Taco 😆 fast and slapped together.

The Red Lantern Kitchen will be open July 3rd for lunch 11:30 to 3pm and closed for Dinner. Saturday July 4th we will be closed all day to celebrate our 250 years of Independence on the 4th of July! Regular Business hours will resume on Monday the 5th
