Green Chile Mac & Cheese
Made with American cheese, white cheddar, asadero, and green chile. Add chicken, pork, or shrimp.

Pistachio Pesto Pita Bread
Pistachio green chile pesto, Oaxaca cheese, green chile, salami, arugula, and pickled red onion, served with grapes.

Southwest Salad
Heritage greens, chipotle ranch, tomato, red onion, black beans, dried corn, blue corn strips, queso fresco, avocado, and sourdough.

Blueberry Pecan Chevre Salad
Heritage greens, honey vinaigrette, red onion, blueberries, strawberries, goat cheese, pecans, and sourdough.

Dressing options include chipotle ranch, honey vinaigrette, and avocado vinaigrette. Salads can be made gluten-free by omitting the sourdough, and avocado vinaigrette is our vegan dressing option.
