To our wonderful community, friends, and loyal customers:
First and foremost, we want to give all thanks and glory to God for the incredible blessings He has given us throughout this journey. El Sazón de Maria began as a dream, and none of it would have been possible without His guidance, grace, and provision. We are incredibly grateful for every door He opened, every opportunity He placed before us, and every person He brought into our lives along the way. This dream became more than we ever could have imagined, and we know that every blessing along the way came from Him. 🙏❤️
After nearly four incredible years of serving you from El Sazón de Maria Food Truck, the time has come for us to begin a new chapter. With hearts full of gratitude, we are announcing our retirement from the food truck, and tomorrow, September 27, will be our last day serving from the truck. 🌮❤️
There truly are no words to express how thankful we are for the love and support you have shown us throughout this journey.
Thank you for every order, every visit, every kind word, every hug, every recommendation, and every time you chose to support our small business. What started as a food truck became so much more because of all of you.
We also want to give a very special thank you to every employee who has been part of the El Sazón de Maria family throughout the years. This business would not have achieved the success it did without your hard work, commitment, and dedication. Thank you for the long days, the busy shifts, the countless orders, and for always being willing to step in and give your best. Each of you left your mark on El Sazón de Maria, and we will always be incredibly grateful for everything you did to help us grow this dream. ❤️
We would also like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to NASA for trusting El Sazón de Maria with the opportunity to serve your employees. As a small, family owned business, that trust meant more to us than we can express. We are incredibly thankful for the beautiful partnership we built over the years, for the opportunities you gave us, and most of all, for trusting our family and our food to serve yours. It has truly been an honor and will forever be a special part of the El Sazón de Maria story.
Throughout this journey, we have had the privilege of feeding families, being part of celebrations, meeting so many wonderful people, and building friendships that we will carry with us long after this chapter comes to a close.
Serving this community for nearly four years has been an incredible blessing. We are going to miss seeing our customers. The familiar faces, the smiles, the conversations, and, of course, all the hugs. So many of you became more than customers; you became part of the El Sazón de Maria family. ❤️
While we are retiring from the food truck, this isn't completely goodbye! We will still be available for catering, so you can continue to enjoy El Sazón de Maria at your family gatherings, birthdays, parties, celebrations, and special events. 🎉🌮
We hope you'll stop by tomorrow, September 27, for our final day at the food truck, so we can serve you one more time, see your faces, share a few hugs, and personally thank you for being part of this dream.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for everything. Thank you for believing in us, supporting our family and our small business, and most of all, for giving us the privilege of serving you for nearly four years.
We are closing this chapter with full hearts and countless memories, friendships, and moments we will cherish forever. ❤️
