Another bittersweet goodbye to our one-and-only amazing head chef river! So sad to see you leave us but so excited to see the opportunities and achievements that are to come!!

River started with us and, over time, has become so integral to our familia. Itโ€™s been such a beautiful thing to watch him and so many others grow and find passions for the culinary artsโ€”enough so to change direction and dedicate his future to it, especially at such a young age. Huge announcement!!! We are so insanely excited to be the first location in las cruces to serve a curated selection of fully natural wines! ๐Ÿท

What are they?
Natural wines are produced with little to no intervention which includes:

* Organic/Biodynamic Farming: Grapes are grown without synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or chemical fertilizers and are usually harvested by hand.
* ๏ปฟ๏ปฟSpontaneous Fermentation: Winemakers rely exclusively on the ambient, native yeasts living on the grape skins rather than commercial cultured yeasts.
* ๏ปฟ๏ปฟNo or Low Additives: No commercial flavorings, coloring agents, or acid adjustments are used. Little to no sulfur dioxide (sulfites) is added at bottling.
* ๏ปฟ๏ปฟUnfined and Unfiltered: Bottled without stripping out natural compounds.

Introducing this new style of wine making that gets back to natural farming/wine-making roots as we get closer to our own!

Our why:
Incorporating natural wines into Grounded is not only another step in our sustainability initiative but also gives us the opportunity to bring something new and fun to the market, as well as the chance to share a part of ourselves and something weโ€™ve been super interested in and passionate about with our amazing community!!You are our top priority and we want to provide products that feel good, not guilty. Something to indulge in without consequences and regret!

This selection will have your staples for reliable easy-drinking, as well as a constant rotation of new and funky options for when youโ€™re feeling adventurous! Make sure to keep up so you donโ€™t miss out! โค๏ธโ€๐Ÿ”ฅ
