Thai-Style American Fried Rice $20

This popular fried rice was created by chance at a busy Bangkok International Airport hotel. Today the dish has become legendary and very popular amongst Thai people, many Thais even believe the recipe came from America and they would be disappointed to find out that there isn’t such a dish in any restaurant in the USA including Thai restaurants. It is a Thai dish with an American name that Thai and many Americans in Thailand have fallen in love with for decades.

Serving with crispy fried Chicken, sausage, ham, bacon, side salad
& sunny-side-up egg.

This comfort food that can be eaten for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Specials This Week @ Mt Tam Racquet Club

It is believed that the Pasta that Marco Polo brought back from China in 1295 was pillow pasta: stuffed and crimped sheets of pasta dough, also known as Wonton, a.k.a. dumplings and a.k.a. ravioli, too. The difference is largely local ingredients. In Thailand is known as Kiao which is Chinese Hokkien pronunciation of Chinese Mandarin of dumpling. This soup is very famous in Thailand. Serve with Broccoli, Sh*take and mushroom in clear broth.

Shumai (aka Siu Mai) is a lucky charm dish originated in Mongolia not China. The original fillings varied by season: garlic chives in spring, mutton and pumpkin in summer, crab meat in autumn, and mixed seafood in winter. But so many different varieties of fillings have been created regionally. In Thailand, we call "Kanom Jeeb". As a way to say, Thai shy people love to give this dish to the one whom they are attracted to because "Jeeb" means “flirting” in Thai. But the real reason why it is called "Kanom (means snack) Jeeb" because you have to make this Thai Dancing’s hand posture, also pronounce "Jeeb", to make it.
