We are not open today, Monday, June 15th. As I have said in the past, Mondays will be our days off for appointments and if I need to rest. I simply cannot work 7 days a week every week with my medical situation. I am so very tired after this past week, I barely made it home after each shift. I was in bed by 5pm each day. What most people also do not know is that Jay got burned pretty bad when changing the fryer grease the other day. Both hands and his right forearm are affected. But that also means I covered his hours myself. I needed today as a break. So did he. If you'd love us to be open 7 days a week, you are more than welcome to come in and fill out an application to be a cook. Until then, please understand that some Mondays we will be closed so I don't drop. And please refrain from sending me private messages all day long asking if we are open on Mondays. I've answered that more times than I can count.
